Survey technical problems

Over the course of the August bank holiday and last week, we experienced some technical issues with our survey provider. This resulted in some registrations not being processed, some participants receiving multiple e-mails asking them to complete their registration, and registration links being invalid. We apologise for these issues and any inconvenience caused by them, and can reassure you that the issue has now been resolved.
