We are a collaboration of major research organisations, committed to the improvement of Public Health HIV prevention strategies. The collaboration includes the following research institutions and individuals:
Department of Infection and Population Health at University College London
University College London (UCL) is a public research university in London. The Department of Infection and Population Health works to reduce the population impacts of infection, and to promote individual health by means of the prevention and treatment of communicable and non-communicable disease.
MRC Clinical Trials Unit at UCL
The MRC Clinical Trials Unit (MRC CTU) at UCL is at the forefront of resolving internationally important questions in infectious diseases and cancer, and delivering swifter and more effective translation of scientific research into patient benefits. It does this by carrying out challenging and innovative studies, and developing and implementing methodological advances in study design, conduct and analysis.
London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine
The London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine (LSHTM) is a world-leading centre for research and postgraduate education in public and global health. LSHTM aims to improve health and health equity in the UK and worldwide; working in partnership to achieve excellence in public and global health research, education and translation of knowledge into policy and practice.
Public Health England
Public Health England (PHE) are an executive agency of the Department of Health, and a distinct delivery organisation with operational autonomy to advise and support government, local authorities and the NHS in a professionally independent manner. PHE exist to protect and improve the nation's health and wellbeing, and reduce health inequalities.
